Factory Run VR

Factory Run VR is an arcade fitness game made for VR. Inspired by classic mobile games such as Jetpack Joyride and Subway Surfer, it features a custom interaction system that requires physical exercise to play.
History and Development
As our first project, we needed a simple concept that we could refine into a unique and enjoyable experience.
Development began in July 2023, with the initial focus on a playable prototype. Much time was spent on refining the interaction system that allows the player to jump and punch. The game concept went through many changes at this time – it originally called for three conveyor belts the player could swipe between!
In April 2024 the prototype was declared complete. Art and sound became the priority, and over the next few months the game received significant improvements.
Factory Run VR released on August 7, 2024.
